As a Sales Advisor IV, you will qualify leads, manage customer relationships, and close sales. Key Responsibilities:
Qualify customers and identify individual vehicle needs
Manage sales pipelines from prospecting through closing
Educate customers about Rivian products and services
Conduct demo drives and support retail events




Resolve escalations and communicate trends to leadership

Requirements:
Four or more years in sales, retail, hospitality, or similar fields
High school diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent
Experience closing high-velocity, commission-based sales
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct demo drives
