As Program Manager, you will support people with diverse abilities and complex behaviours through family-centred services. You will monitor delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate community-based programs. The position combines organizational leadership, cultural responsiveness, and team-oriented support for people, caregivers, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor program delivery, planning, and organizational leadership
Supervise multidisciplinary teams and address conflict constructively
Coordinate special projects and act as community liaison
Recruit, orient, schedule,



and evaluate personnel
Maintain protected, clean, and supportive residential environments

Requirements:
Degree in humanities, social sciences, or related field
Three to five years’ health management experience
Knowledge of unionized environments and provincial organizations
Class 5 licence; Class 4 when driving company vehicles
First Aid with CPR and satisfactory criminal clearance
