The successful candidate supports Catholic school culture, accountability, and School Improvement Plans while working with administration, department members, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance for department program implementation
Facilitate cooperation with other departments for student program needs
Coordinate communications between administration and department members




Lead career development supporting the School Improvement Plan
Support new school administrative and department startup processes

Requirements:
Intermediate and Senior qualifications in French, International Languages, or Classical Studies
Honour Specialist qualification in French
Minimum five years teaching in the secondary panel
Understanding of current secondary education system and school priorities
Solid interpersonal and collaborative leadership skills
