As a VIP BOH Supervisor, you assist Cineplex’s salaried Management team with theatre operations, including opening or closing as sole Manager on duty. Your focus is a quick service restaurant style kitchen, while supporting front of house when required. You coordinate cast responsibilities, coach employees, and help deliver consistent food service execution. The position also includes guest experience, staffing, health and safety, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee VIP menu standards, food safety, and product quality

Oversee food presentation and respond to guest concerns
Ensure staffing, equipment, and safety requirements are maintained

Requirements:
Experience in food and beverage operations
Ability to lead employees during peak revenue periods
Ability to follow theatre policies and procedures
Ability to ensure health and safety standards are met
Availability for varying weekly hours
