Support Quadbridge clients across hybrid environments using networking, security, and infrastructure troubleshooting skills in a hybrid work model.

As a Level 2 Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will manage complex incidents across multiple client settings. The work includes infrastructure, networking, security, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 support. You will report to the Team Lead, Managed Services, while collaborating with technicians, engineers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve Level 2 infrastructure, networking, and security escalations
Own tickets through investigation, resolution, documentation, and communication
Administer firewalls, VPNs, MFA, and conditional access controls
Support servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and cloud workloads




Contribute to documentation, automation, and security improvements

Requirements:
Three or more years in technical support or an MSP
Hands-on LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and security experience
Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, storage, backup, virtualization
Hybrid setting troubleshooting and complex infrastructure issue resolution
Fluency in written and verbal English and French
