Reporting to the President and CEO, this full time executive serves on the Executive Leadership Team. The mandate spans nursing skilled practice, stewardship, quality, accreditation, patient relations, and clinical risk management. The leader translates evidence, performance insights, and patient voices into measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape nursing skilled practice and stewardship across QCH
Provide enterprise-wide leadership for quality and patient safety
Oversee accreditation, patient relations, and clinical risk management
Advise the President, Executive Leadership Team, and Board
Oversee Childbirth, Chronic Disease Management, and Skin and Wound Care
Requirements:
Registered Nurse in good standing
Master’s degree in relevant health or business discipline
Seven to ten years of progressive acute care leadership experience
Strong track record driving quality improvement
Ability to build trust and develop high-performing teams
