Drive Point of Care diagnostics sales remotely across Nova Scotia, using territory management and relationship-building skills to expand Abbott’s healthcare portfolio.
As an Account Manager within Abbott’s Point of Care, Diagnostics division, you will maintain existing sales, close recent business, and develop territory growth opportunities. You will work independently and liaise with personnel while managing multiple products and sales cycles. The portfolio includes Chemistry, Electrolytes, Hematology, Blood Gases, Coagulation, Endocrinology, Cardiac Markers, Neurology, and Informatics.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets through effective territory and sales cycle management
Maintain sales bases and close business across current and existing accounts
Build relationships with key account stakeholders
Develop and execute sales strategies using available resources
Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, chemistry, or a medical program
Minimum five years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and CRM databases
Robust communication, organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
Use diagnostics expertise, account development, and strategic territory management to grow Abbott’s Point of Care business remotely.
