The Customer Journey Optimization Developer builds and supports real-time customer journeys across marketing automation platforms. You will translate approved requirements into scalable configurations involving triggers, personalization, decisioning, and channel execution. The role collaborates with Customer Journey Managers, Marketing Technology, Analytics, and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Build end-to-end journeys with triggers, exits, suppressions, and orchestration logic
Configure audiences, reusable templates, personalization, and event decisioning rules
Execute functional QA for logic, data, tracking, and channel rendering
Resolve defects, support UAT,



and maintain release documentation
Monitor live journeys and troubleshoot delivery and eligibility issues

Requirements:
Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar platforms
Understanding of event-driven marketing, consent logic, and customer data platforms
Experience configuring multichannel journeys across email and digital channels
Solid QA, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
University degree or equivalent work experience
