We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst ready to play a key role at the heart of operations and to evolve into a controller role.
Your Impact
You will be a true business partner to operations, with strong exposure to management and strategic decisions.
Main Responsibilities
Drive the analysis of financial and operational performance
Participate in monthly closings and financial reporting
Implement and optimize cost tracking tools
Manage expense analyses (OPEX / CAPEX)
Support internal audits and compliance (SOX)
Develop financial models (Excel / Power BI)
Collaborate with operations teams to improve profitability
Produce analytical reports and strategic recommendations
Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
Advanced Excel (modeling required)
Experience in costing
Functional English (corporate setting)
Analytical mindset + ability to challenge the status quo
Excellent interpersonal skills and influential leadership
