Operate large format sheet-fed press equipment at DCM in Calgary, using substrate preparation and feeder operation on night shift. Support quality printed materials onsite.

As a Large Press Feeder, you will feed a multi-colour large format sheet-fed press and assist the Press Operator. The permanent full time schedule runs Monday through Wednesday, from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. You will prepare substrates, manage press supplies, inspect sheets, and troubleshoot production issues while following press instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and load substrates according to print docket instructions
Operate the feeder and mount and register plates
Fill ink fountains and water tanks during production
Troubleshoot stock, mechanical, plate, ink,



and water issues
Inspect printed sheets and clean the press after jobs

Requirements:
Secondary school diploma
Previous sheet-fed Press Feeder experience preferred
Understanding of substrates, inks, coatings, chemicals, and maintenance
English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and troubleshoot

Bring press-feeding, quality-control, and troubleshooting skills to DCM's Calgary production team on a consistent overnight schedule.
