Lead hotel sales, marketing, and revenue strategy for a luxury hospitality portfolio in Ontario’s Niagara Region. This is a full time, permanent executive position.

The Vice President of Sales & Marketing provides strategic leadership across luxury hotels, restaurants, and spas. Working with the CEO, General Managers, Revenue Management, Operations, and corporate leadership, this executive translates objectives into measurable priorities. The focus includes revenue growth, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop portfolio-wide sales and marketing strategies
Lead group, corporate, government, and social event sales
Direct integrated digital and traditional marketing
Partner with Revenue Management on commercial performance




Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams

Requirements:
10+ years progressive hospitality sales and marketing leadership
5+ years executive or senior leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field
Proven hotel revenue growth and market share success
Solid financial, forecasting, and revenue management expertise
