This Finance Lead role oversees finance operations, internal controls, compliance, and reporting. You will partner with business leaders and budget owners, providing financial insights for strategic decision-making. The position requires solid accounting knowledge and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor two Finance team members
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and forecasts
Maintain internal controls, policies, and approval processes
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Eight to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Experience leading or mentoring finance specialists
Knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bring financial leadership, analytical expertise, and reporting strength to finance operations, planning, controls, and organizational decision-making.
