As a Full Time Sales Associate, you will represent TELUS, Rogers, Koodo, Fido, and Chatr solutions. You will engage mall shoppers, follow the sales process, and create prospective-client networks through CRM. The position reports to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage mall shoppers and follow each sales-process step
Offer personalized, unbiased advice about wireless solutions
Manage cash, point-of-sale, and inventory systems
Maintain merchandising and daily store-cleanliness standards
Complete opening, closing, training, and operational tasks
Requirements:
Availability for 32–40 hours weekly
Customer-facing retail or hospitality experience using point-of-sale systems
Availability during mall hours, including evenings and weekends
Wireless retail or commission-sales experience is an asset
Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand extensively
Bring customer engagement, wireless advice, CRM networking, and point-of-sale experience to WOW! mobile boutique’s Erin Mills kiosk.
