Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen operations as a Dishwasher using assigned equipment and detailed cleaning procedures. Support orderly work areas and secure food preparation.

This Dishwasher role focuses on sanitation across dishes, glassware, cookware, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will clean food preparation surfaces, manage waste, and keep dish and kitchen areas orderly. The position also includes polishing silver and transferring supplies between storage and work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
Polish silver using assigned machines, chemical dip, and hand cloth
Maintain clean equipment meeting working and safety standards
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators,



meat blocks, and preparation surfaces
Remove trash and steam clean or hose garbage cans

Requirements:
Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
Previous dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
Industrial washing machine experience preferred
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced workplace
