As a Community Planner, you will support Dillon’s Community Plans & Approvals discipline through land use planning and development assignments. The role includes researching policy and legislation, analyzing data, preparing high-quality deliverables, and supporting permitting and approvals processes. You will also contribute to consultations, engagement programs, and multidisciplinary project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Research municipal planning policy and legislation
Analyze data and prepare high-quality project deliverables

Requirements:
Planning degree recognized by CIP
Two to four years of relevant planning experience
Eligibility for CIP and APPI membership
Knowledge of agency permitting and approvals processes
Ability to think critically and strategically
