This Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager, project controls, workstream leads, business stakeholders, and support teams. You will organize project activities, maintain records, administer SharePoint content, and support project financial administration. The work includes coordinating meetings, tracking RAID items, and maintaining decision documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Support project planning, schedules, meetings, and milestone coordination
Maintain project records, contracts, invoices, and administrative materials
Update governance logs, RAID items, and decision audit trails
Administer SharePoint folders, documents,



and access management
Coordinate purchase orders, invoice validation, and related documentation

Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
Experience in project coordination or project administration
Robust organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience supporting modernization or cross-functional projects
