Crown Plumbing is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Bookkeeper / Office Clerk to join our team.
In this dual-function role, you will support our daily office operations as an Office Clerk while taking ownership of key bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Accounting Support: Manage daily financial entries, invoicing, account tracking, and reporting
Office Administration : Provide general clerical support, manage digital and physical filing, answer phone inquiries, and maintain organized office files
Documentation & Data Entry:
Draft correspondence, create and update spreadsheets, and manage administrative records using Microsoft Word and Excel
Requirements & Qualifications
2–3 years of proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar administrative role
Software Proficiency: Practical experience with QuickBooks and Sage accounting software is required
Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and effective communication
Work Schedule
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
