This full time, permanent Shipper works in person within Wesgar’s custom sheet metal fabrication workplace. The work combines packaging, documentation, forklift operation, loading, unloading, and product movement. Candidates should understand shipping procedures, follow instructions independently, and protect parts carefully while maintaining quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Package precision parts with suitable materials and techniques
Prepare shipping labels and required documentation
Handle incoming and outgoing parts without damage
Move products between buildings and throughout the plant
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements:
Required ASTM packaging standards knowledge
Previous shipping or manufacturing experience
Valid certification for forklift operation
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
