This Maintenance Mechanic installs, maintains, troubleshoots, overhauls, and repairs industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. You will read blueprints, operate lifting devices, inspect equipment, and replace defective parts. The work also includes preventive maintenance, written reporting, and subcontractor monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings
Install, align, dismantle, and move machinery
Inspect equipment and repair defective parts
Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance
Analyze breakdowns and propose corrective solutions
Requirements:
Five years of industrial setting experience
Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Authorization to work in Canada
Ability to pass security screenings
