As a Member Advisor, you serve on the member service team for Innovation Federal Credit Union. Provide knowledgeable, timely advice across financial products and services while delivering customer service. Support members through products, services, and omni channels, aligned with the organization’s values.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as members’ first contact and first point of resolution
Respond to inquiries about financial products and services
Promote and sell cash and non-cash products
Manage an assigned portfolio through solid advice




Use digital solutions to simplify members’ banking needs

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED completion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to Accountability, Integrity, and Respect
Detail-oriented and risk-aware approach
Microsoft 365 application comfort, including Excel and Teams
