This Senior Advisor, Brand Sponsorships position manages complex partnerships from chance assessment through activation and renewal. You will collaborate with Brand, Communications, Public Affairs, Community Investment, Experiential Marketing, Compliance, and other teams. You will also advise stakeholders and strengthen sponsorship practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale partnerships and integrated activation programs
Negotiate agreements and oversee contract development, renewals, and amendments
Coordinate risk assessments, launches, governance, and partnership commitments
Monitor budgets, compliance, payments, ROI, and ROO




Provide guidance, training, tools, best practices, and coaching

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline
At least seven years in brand sponsorship or partnership marketing
Advanced experience implementing sponsorship strategies and measurable results
Advanced project management and English communication proficiency
Advanced data insights, commercial acumen, and risk management knowledge
