You will also maintain vendor and customer relationships while working with sales and management on job status.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer and supplier disputes
Analyze quote requests from contractors and sales representatives




Coordinate complete quotation packages from various sources
Oversee manufacturer orders for quoted project materials
Review delivery schedules and complete closing sheets

Requirements:
College diploma or equivalent education and experience
Two to three years of related industry experience
Robust Excel skills and project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IBM AS/400 knowledge
Interpersonal, time management, and negotiation skills
