This Sales Support Associate role contributes directly to store success and efficiency. You will welcome clients, operate POS systems, manage cash-wrap standards, and support product flow. The position also includes stockroom organization, replenishment, visual merchandising updates, customer information capture where permitted, and local social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance
Operate POS accurately and maintain cash-wrap organization
Process shipments and transfers; report discrepancies
Replenish the sales floor and execute visual updates
Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines
Requirements:
One or more years of previous retail experience
Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
Basic computer, Mobile POS, iPad, and Internet skills
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Adaptable schedule and ability to lift at least 25 pounds
