This full time Commercial Flooring Labourer role supports experienced installers on institutional, healthcare, education, government, and commercial construction projects. You will handle materials, prepare subfloors, use tools safely, and collaborate with construction trades. Previous labour experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist installers with commercial flooring product installation
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare job sites and subfloors for installation
Measure, cut, and stage materials under supervision
Maintain clean, organized, and protected work areas
Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding lifting and carrying
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Commitment to workplace and site-specific safety
Effective teamwork with installers and construction trades
Reliable transportation to job sites preferred
Develop commercial construction experience through secure material handling, subfloor preparation, and supervised flooring installation support.
