Responsibilities include nursing collaborative practice, equipment and supplies, environmental management, education, communication, and committee participation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate assigned facility operations
Provide nursing leadership and cooperative practice decision making
Manage equipment, supplies, environmental issues, and client services
Oversee policies and procedures related to client services




Promote quality care meeting applicable standards and legislation

Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree or suitable relevant education and experience
Current registration with the applicable licensing body
Health Services Management or Nursing Administration certificate
Three years relevant healthcare experience within five years
Two years relevant management experience and current BLS certification
