Our client, a well-established public accounting firm in Fredericton , is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their growing team. This chance is ideal for a designated professional with strong audit and public practice experience who is looking to advance their career in a cooperative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:
Lead and oversee audit, review, and compilation engagements
Prepare and review financial statements and working papers
Review corporate, personal, and trust income tax returns, and other tax forms
Assist clients with accounting, financial reporting, and compliance matters
Mentor junior team members and contribute to engagement planning
Build and maintain strong client relationships across a variety of industries
Collaborate with partners and managers on client deliverables and timelines

Experience & Attributes for Success:
2 - 3 years post-CPA designation experience
Solid audit and assurance background
Experience working with owner-managed businesses and private enterprises
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and a client-service approach




Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency with accounting and audit software
