Shape Individual Insurance products at Wawanesa through product analysis, market research, and hybrid work from eligible Canadian locations. Support products, rates, and underwriting policies.
Reporting to the Manager, Individual Insurance, the Product Specialist supports product development, enhancement, and maintenance. You will analyze performance, conduct market research, monitor legislation, and contribute to underwriting guidelines. The work also involves business intelligence tools, stakeholder relationships, and systems projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and implement product and rate reviews
Research markets and develop competitive insurance products
Monitor trends, legislation, regulation, and product performance
Measure and report OKRs and KPIs
Contribute as a product subject matter expert
Requirements:
Three to five years’ administration experience
Minimum five years’ insurance industry experience
Completion of post-secondary education
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills
