Prepare resident meals at Atria Senior Living while applying food safety practices and supporting clean, sanitary kitchen operations. This position focuses on dependable meal service.

As a Prep Cook, you will assist cooks with meal and snack preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef to support residents’ satisfaction with food and dining programs. The work includes following recipes, production guides, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and presenting meals and snacks
Follow recipes and production guides during preparation
Maintain clean, protected, and sanitary kitchen conditions
Support special events, banquets, and theme meals
Attend pre-meal kitchen stand-ups before service

Requirements:
Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Food handler permit where required
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking, and service
Ability to follow recipes and production guides
