As a Sales Associate, you will help families find nutrition and other solutions for their pets. You will support cashiering, customer sales, merchandise stocking, paperwork, and store maintenance. This role suits candidates with retail or customer service experience and POS knowledge. You will work alongside passionate Pet Experts supporting dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist pet parents with nutrition and pet supply solutions
Process cashier transactions and customer sales
Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and miscellaneous paperwork




Stock small items and unload pet food deliveries
Maintain store cleanliness through sweeping and dusting

Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience
Working knowledge of point of sale systems
Outgoing, friendly personality with robust customer service skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
Availability for scheduled weekends and evenings when required
