Reporting to the Billing and Revenue Control Supervisor, you will administer accounts, maintain customer information, and perform daily billing activities. You will work with Pricing, Sales, other departments, and the IT Development Team to investigate discrepancies, resolve inquiries, and address system issues. The position requires business knowledge, careful analysis, and transparent communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer recent customer accounts according to standard procedures
Review contracts, rates, approvals, and customer account details
Maintain customer databases with Pricing, Sales, and departments
Complete daily billing, invoicing,



and related analyses
Investigate billing inquiries, adjustments, errors, and system issues

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business or another relevant field
Two years of office experience using databases and billing software
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office proficiency
Solid analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional written, oral, reading, accuracy, and detail skills
