Hand trim, cure, and package cannabis products as a Production Associate with Broken Coast Cannabis in British Columbia. Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, you will support production at a federally licensed cannabis facility. The work includes hand trimming, curing, bulk packaging, room changeovers, and product distribution. You will follow documented procedures, maintain quality, and complete required records.

Key Responsibilities:
Hand trim product according to internal standards
Maintain quality throughout the curing process
Package bulk product for shipment
Complete room setup, takedown, and changeovers
Report deficiencies, deviations, and workplace hazards

Requirements:
Ability to follow documented procedures and directions
Solid attention to detail and methodical work habits
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Secure and reliable transportation
