Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the technical service function
Provide guidance for complex equipment and product issues
Support current product introductions and market implementation
Drive workforce certification against global competence standards
Deliver training on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in mechanical or related technical discipline
Five-plus years of relevant industrial technical experience
Advanced support and complex equipment troubleshooting experience
Understanding of equipment maintenance and reliability
Ability to lead, coach, and develop technical capability
