This senior position designs hosting technology solutions that meet client application requirements and project deliverables. You will research users, create personas and journey maps, analyze feedback, and address usability pain points. The work also includes wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, screen flows, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and usability testing
Develop user personas and journey maps
Analyze feedback and address user pain points
Create wireframes and high-fidelity interface mockups
Design accessible solutions supporting WCAG or AODA
Requirements:
At least seven years designing Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM solutions
Experience with Figma or Adobe XD prototyping software
Experience creating screen mockups and screen flows
Experience applying accessibility and user experience practices
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams
Bring user-centered design, accessibility, prototyping, and Siebel or Adobe AEM experience to senior solution design work.
