As an Operating Room Registered Practical Nurse, you will work within WRHN’s interactive and supportive OR nursing team. The position calls for recent scrub technician experience across a variety of surgical specialties, competent nursing skills, and an approved operating room certificate. You will collaborate with patients, health professionals, and an interdisciplinary team while maintaining effective written and verbal communication. Participation in weekday, weekend, and statutory holiday on-call coverage is required, including response to call-ins within 30 minutes. Proficient computer knowledge, current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, regular attendance, and the ability to meet physical and safety requirements are also specified.
