As a Consultant on CIBC’s Digital Platforms & Operations team, you will govern privacy and consent practices across digital properties. You will manage trackable technologies, translate requirements into controls, and support privacy-by-default processes. The work includes collaboration across Privacy, Legal, Risk, enterprise, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage digital privacy and consent governance across digital properties
Monitor cookies, pixels, software development kits, and related tools
Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and processes
Support audits, investigations, compliance reviews, and gating processes




Improve governance practices while anticipating regulatory changes

Requirements:
Experience with consent management platforms such as OneTrust
Knowledge of privacy frameworks including Law 25, GDPR, and CCPA
Experience with client preference management and Agile project management
Understanding of digital and marketing platforms and technologies
Robust critical thinking, relationship management, and communication skills
