As a Driver Helper, you will assist UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pick-ups at drop boxes and customer locations. The work includes lifting, lowering, and carrying packages while following UPS handling and delivery methods. No driving is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet the UPS driver at the assigned local meet point
Deliver UPS packages efficiently and effectively by walking
Pick up packages from drop boxes and customer locations
Learn and execute UPS package handling methods properly
Support customer service through productive package delivery
Requirements:
Work Monday through Friday, three to five hours daily
Remain versatile as start and finish times may vary
Lift up to 70 pounds unassisted
Work outside in all weather conditions
Demonstrate strong customer service skills
Bring package handling, walking delivery, and customer service skills to UPS seasonal operations throughout the Wasaga Area.
