Under general supervision, the Production Technician ensures automated, high-speed equipment operates safely and correctly. The position combines equipment time studies, run-at-rate studies, tool changeover studies, process inspections, and machine adjustments. It also contributes to investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment within established process specifications
Perform equipment time, run-at-rate, and changeover studies
Set machine and equipment controls using manufacturer manuals
Make adjustments and support minor troubleshooting

Requirements:
Completion of a related technical college diploma
At least one year in high-volume manufacturing
Experience working in automated manufacturing facilities
Willingness to work around heavy machinery and loud noises
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
