Patrol security at Birchmount Hospital centers on access control and incident response. Work full-time in office in Scarborough, Ontario, for CA$18.73 hourly.
As a Full Time Patrol Guard, you will support Scarborough Health Network’s diverse eastern Greater Toronto Area community. Paladin Security’s hospital assignment combines routine patrols with camera and alarm monitoring, emergency assistance, skilled interactions, and conflict de-escalation. You will help maintain campus safety alongside hospital staff and local law enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol hallways, patient areas, entrances, and parking lots
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and hospital staff
Operate camera and alarm monitoring systems
De-escalate conflicts and resolve tense situations calmly
Coordinate with hospital staff and local law enforcement
Requirements:
First Aid and CPR Level C from WSIB-approved provider
Certifications in Use of Force and MOAB
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and TB records
Legal authorization to work in Canada
