The Learning Solutions Architect partners with the Branch Banking Colleague Capabilities Team on capability development and transformation needs. This contract requires learning consultation, performance consulting, stakeholder relationship management, and project management experience. Key Responsibilities:
Execute the Branch Banking Learning Plan with capability partners
Serve as strategic partner for transformation and daily inquiries
Build relationships with leaders, experts, HR partners, and vendors




Inventory learning assets supporting recent and existing capabilities
Align strategies with evolving business needs and enterprise frameworks

Requirements:
Eight to ten years of overall experience
University degree required
Branch Banking experience considered an asset
Ability to assess organizational, team, and project needs
Ability to deliver executive presentations from research and analysis
