As a Shift Leader with High Tide Inc., you will assist management across daily Canna Cabana operations. You may oversee the Store Manager’s responsibilities when management is absent, guide employees toward sales goals, and address service issues. The position also includes inventory accountability and compliance with health, safety, security, and applicable legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to associates
Lead sales and customer service standards on shift
Monitor employees pursuing store sales goals




Oversee inventory management and shift processes
Maintain established store conditions and regulations

Requirements:
Minimum two years’ retail work experience
Cannabis industry experience preferred
Valid CannSell and successful background check required
Microsoft Office and basic administration skills
Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels
