Shape cosmetic and OTC product development through stability and compatibility expertise at Cosmetica Laboratories. This onsite management role combines research, compliance, and technical guidance.
The Manager, Stability & Compatibility leads programs that establish product behavior under varied stability conditions. You will manage laboratory personnel, research technical information, prepare documentation, and coordinate with R&I;, QA/QC, packaging, and clients. The role also contributes to departmental goals, continuous improvement, and regulatory, client, third-party, and government audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Research technical information for cosmetic and OTC stability activities
Work with R&I; personnel on product behavior under stability conditions
Communicate stability and compatibility concerns internally and externally
Mentor personnel and provide technical and functional guidance
Deliver training consistent with GLP and health and safety policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, or Cosmetics Science
Six years’ experience in GMP and GLP settings
Three years’ experience supervising or managing teams
Solid interpersonal, verbal, written, and technical writing skills
Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and make decisions
Bring cosmetic stability expertise, team development, and transparent technical communication to Cosmetica’s onsite RAAS laboratory.
