The position supports insurance, investment, retirement, and comprehensive wealth planning. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a frontline contact for client inquiries and service requests
Coordinate onboarding, meetings, communications, and client follow-ups
Prepare financial planning reports and materials for client meetings
Update CRM records and monitor outstanding client paperwork
Support educational events, campaigns, and proactive client communications
Requirements:
LLQP licensing through the Alberta Insurance Council
Client-facing financial services or administrative experience
