As Front End Team Lead, you assist with department leadership, planning, and operational execution. You will respond to customer and associate concerns, coordinate coverage, and develop associates through teaching, training, and feedback. The position also supports salesfloor activities when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide polite, friendly customer service and resolve issues
Delegate front-end operations, coordinate breaks, and follow up
Lead daily Team Huddles and track productivity
Teach associates, identify training opportunities, and provide feedback
Support protected, clean, hazard-free work areas
Requirements:
Be at least 16 years old
Follow safe lifting and emergency procedures
Complete safety sweep logs and secure displays
Complete GTA and Workday tasks
Support performance, recruiting, and hiring activities
Bring customer service, front-end coordination, associate development, and safety awareness to Walmart’s Medicine Hat team.
