As Branch Manager, you are a local market leader guiding staff and representing RBC within the community. You will motivate teams, support client advice, encourage collaboration, and steward multichannel usage. Requirements:
Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
Three years’ people management experience
Completed CSI mutual fund branch management exam, or exam eligibility
Entrepreneurial acquisition mindset and digital channel capability
