Operate plastic and rubber molding machines at Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc. while applying work instructions and maintaining production flow.
This manufacturing role supports custom plastic and rubber injection molding at Falpaco, an eco-responsible company since 2018. You will supply machines with raw materials, start operations on time, and maximize production time. The work also includes preparing finished parts and maintaining established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret French work instructions
Supply molding machines with required raw materials
Operate and supervise rubber or plastic molding machines
Deburr, assemble, inspect, and package produced parts
Clean work areas and suggest production improvements
Requirements:
Ability to read and write French
Ability to count accurately
Experience in plastics and rubber industry is an asset
Apply molding machine operation, part inspection, and production discipline within Falpaco’s custom manufacturing setting in Quebec.
