The Systems Transformation Lead works within the Assessment and Taxation Branch. This senior role advances MyProperty enhancements, coordinates cross-functional teams, and translates business logic into functional requirements. It also supports operational improvements across integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex, high-budget technology projects from initiation through closure
Advance MyProperty portal enhancements and internal system integration
Direct cross-functional teams with explicit goals and expectations
Translate business logic into accurate functional requirements




Ensure systems comply with legislation and auditor recommendations

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in IT management, computer science, or related discipline
Six years’ experience with a degree, or seven with a diploma
Municipal assessment and taxation setting experience
Experience with CAMA or property taxation systems
Project prioritization, delivery, budgeting, and requirements translation experience
