As a Senior Specialist, you will operate governance and data quality practices supporting analytics, automation, data products, and AI. You will establish ownership, stewardship, standards, decision-making, and accountability across the business. The work requires stakeholder management, measurable controls, and transparent business communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate daily data governance and data quality practices
Lead governance councils, working groups, decisions, and escalations
Onboard data owners and stewards with explicit responsibilities
Define critical data elements, quality rules, and controls




Coordinate quality issues through remediation and sustainable solutions

Requirements:
Four to five-plus years in data governance or related disciplines
Experience implementing governance, stewardship, ownership, and issue management
Knowledge of glossaries, quality dimensions, workflows, and Master Data Management
Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, or business reporting
Ability to explain technical data concepts in business language
