This Asset Protection Associate supports a secure, secure, skilled Walmart Canada store environment. The work includes patrols, shrink investigations, emergency response, external apprehensions, and transparent communication with leadership. You will help prevent financial and physical loss while supporting store profitability and the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
Support internal theft and organized retail crime investigations
Assist with evacuations and emergency procedures
Communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
Be at least 16 years old
Hold a Security Guard License
Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50
