Teach applied AI innovation at McMaster University’s Central Campus, using ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity with students. Deliver all course components in person.

This sessional faculty instructor will teach Innovation 2ZB: AI-Powered Innovation: Building Ideas in the Age of AI. Students use inquiry-based, hands-on experimentation to ideate, test, prototype, and pitch solutions to real-world problems. The appointment covers Winter 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and discussion periods
Develop quizzes, tests, examinations, and laboratory assignments
Evaluate students and respond to their inquiries
Hold scheduled office hours and attend Director meetings
Submit learning outcomes measurement for the course

Requirements:
Post Secondary Degree required
Master’s Degree or higher preferred
Ten years of relevant experience preferred
Availability Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 10:00 pm
Ability to teach all course components in person
