The work includes monitoring activity, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and maintaining skilled relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible security presence throughout the retail environment
Support loss prevention and theft deterrence initiatives
Monitor entrances, exits, customers, and associate activity




Respond to incidents using communication and de-escalation techniques
Complete incident and daily activity reports accurately

Requirements:
One to two years of security experience
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
